After working full-time in the corporate world (Microsoft, Expedia) for 18 plus years and as a consultant for 5 years, I started feeling a strong urge to explore other avenues of career growth, financial freedom, and work-life balance. In pursuit of these goals, I met with a TES coach to explore business ownership possibilities with an open mind. After being presented with thoughtfully curated options, in year 2019, with the help of that TES career coach, I opened my own boutique fitness studio providing assisted stretching. This was a life-changing moment for me as it allowed me to experience firsthand, the benefits, challenges, and pleasures of owning a small business.

As a program manager at Microsoft and as a consultant in my past life, I have successfully coached and mentored people I had the pleasure to work with. I am originally from India, but I have been living in Seattle for the past 23 years and consider Seattle as home. I have a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Mumbai University and an MBA degree from Wright State University, in Dayton, OH. Additionally, I have studied Business Development and Product Management at the University of Washington, Seattle, WA. I am passionate about spending quality time with my family and friends, meeting new people, learning new things, and last but not least, empowering others to have a fulfilling life!
